The brief: Develop a film for the launch of EXIII’s extra high-spec homes and showcase the Burrington Estates ‘buying experience’. The video was to sit alongside other EXIII marketing collateral we developed.
What we did: Worked with a local film-maker to capture the launch event and focus on the lengths the company will go to, to provide the best quality homes in Exeter and personality behind the Burrington Estates brand.
Results: EXIII became one of the developers fastest selling developments and notably, their flagship.
