Having whisked ourselves off to the South of France for the infamous MIPIM festival, little did we know what a fantastic client (and great tan!) we would be coming home with. Having met Mark Thomas, the Managing Director and founder of Acorn Homes at a lunch event, we quickly got into a deep discussion about all things property marketing. After realising the company was not living up to their full potential and that their branding didn't represent the excellent homes they were creating, we began working with the team, providing both marketing and design services. Starting with the creation of a new brand identity, we then set about creating a new website. At the same time, our content team were put to work, taking over the management of Acorn’s social channels. This involved implementing targeted and results-driven social media advertising in line with their cohesive content strategy. Almost immediately, Acorn Homes started seeing an increase in website traffic driven by our online tactics, which in turn resulted in direct enquiries for their various schemes. We continue working with them designing all of their collateral, including branding for new developments, hoarding, copywriting and PR. We still love managing and growing their social media platforms.
