An exciting new dining venue, located on Cathedral Green in Exeter, we’ve been involved in this incredible new business right from the get go! Having worked previously with owners Linda and Charles, when we heard of their latest venture, No.5 we were really excited. Getting stuck in immediately, (there was no time to waste!) we worked with No.5 on a whole host of marketing including the creation of their gorgeous, sophisticated branding, signage, menu designs, website creation, media relations and social media. We were able to secure coverage in a selection of local media publications including Devon Live and Exeter Living, in addition to building up a newsletter database with thousands of contacts within the first few weeks of launching the venue. We also organised and launched a first of its kind Covid safe successful press and VIP launch and helped secure nearly 150 bookings prior to opening. With continuous lockdowns, No.5 has quickly been adapting their strategy, and we helped them in launching their successful takeaway service “No.5 at Home'' in early 2021, creating the social content, newsletters and additional website pages as well as organising the photoshoots. (We also played a pivotal role in taste testing before the service went live too!) We love working with the hospitality industry – it matches the pace and energy of the agency, super fast-paced.

I have been working with the Attention Marketing team for the last 3 years on various campaigns and see them as our external marketing department. They are great at turning a vision into reality and have played a huge part in the success of launching No5. To me, they are more than just a marketing company. They offer sound advice and support. When we were forced to close (after just two weeks of trading) due to Covid/lockdown they were positively inspiring with ideas and fast turnaround of designs and social media for our "No.5 @ Home" range. The success of this meant we were able to at least cover the salaries of the staff we were unable to furlough and as a new company we were not entitled to any kind of grant so having a lateral thinking team was brilliant. I can't recommend them enough, if you are looking for a company to grow with make them part of your team.
